Crave big, bold flavours without the hassle? These Korean BBQ chicken lettuce wraps deliver just that. Made with Blazing’s Korean BBQ Sauce, they’re sweet, savoury, and incredibly zingy. Perfect for lighter dinners or party nibbles—and they pair brilliantly with wraps or rice bowls too.




Ingredients



  • 4 skinless chicken thighs, finely chopped

  • 3 tbsp Blazing Korean BBQ Sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 red pepper, diced

  • Iceberg or butter lettuce leaves (for wrapping)

  • Sesame seeds, to sprinkle

  • Fresh coriander (optional)





Method



  1. Cook the Chicken:

    Heat 1 tbsp veg oil in a frying pan over medium‑high heat. Add chicken thighs and cook for 4–5 minutes until nearly done.

  2. Add Veg & Sauce:

    Stir in 1 tbsp sesame oil and diced red pepper; cook for 2 minutes. Add 3 tbsp Blazing Korean BBQ Sauce, stirring to coat and warm through for 1 minute.

  3. Assemble Wraps:

    Spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce cups. Garnish with sesame seeds and coriander if you like.




Serving Suggestion:

Serve as a vibrant starter or main—pair with steamed rice for a heartier meal.
